ARISS LIGHTING is a leading lighting equipment supply firm in Lebanon specialized in high-end private residential and project related lighting fixtures and fittings.

History

In 1923 Chafic Ahmad Ariss established the “Chafic Ariss & Fils” lighting company in Lebanon. Over the years the company raised the standard of lighting fixtures and fittings with the help of Wafic Chafic Ariss his eldest son. After a long experience in the field of lighting spent in France, in 1999 the son Chafic Wafic Ariss returned to Lebanon to revive the company established by his grandfather and father, which became known as "ARISS LIGHTING".

Having built a solid reputation of reliability, quality and commitment to service; "ARISS LIGHTING" deals exclusively with quality trademarks imported from abroad and in particular from Belgium such as: Z-LIGHTING, WACO, TAL, ROYAL BOTANIA and from France: SOKA DISDEROT, BODET and from Italy: BAGA, CIVIC, TRE-CI-LUCE, DIL, LIGHTEX and from Germany: SCHMITZ LEUCHTEN and from USA: INTERNATIONAL IRON WORKS among others.

The company is distinguished by its unique and remarkable exhibitions in its own and only location in Lebanon, Hamra Street, which includes modern, decorative, architectural, technical, and external lighting equipment. "ARISS LIGHTING" is owned and run by Chafic Wafic Ariss, electrical engineer, and graduate of California State University Long Beach, USA.

"ARISS LIGHTING" adopts in its works the “European Norms and Standards” that aim to protect the consumers’ safety by providing them with the most developed and updated electrical equipment recognized internationally.

"ARISS LIGHTING" has three branches, Lebanon, Kingdom Saudi Arabia, and France.
